    Couldn't the democrats call this group of bills about lending money to little

    business (etc.) a budget? Then wouldn't they only need 51 votes to pass it? Or don't they really want to pass them? (I'm beginning to sound paranoid too - the inner Tea Partier? interesting. have you read any suggestion that the government might use this provision now? Byrd

    Is a self-referencing book REALLY evidence that can be used?

    Yes, and only the Bible, Koran, Bagavad Gita are suitable for this. the word of God is unique in this. EDIT: there are other books too like Zoroasterian, the Seven Valleys etc
