    After finding out my birthdays on National Live Strong day, i want to start biking?

    a normal day for me wen i started biking was like 6 miles. Then it became normal to do 12 miles. Then after awhile we would go like 24 miles everytime. The most we did was 36 miles in the training. I have done multiple triathalons and one 100 mile bike ride.
