Even though the screen is lower res, you're better off with the E5. The constant freezes and out of memory errors on the E72 are both frustrating and so not worth dealing with.

I'm fully aware of the coverage issue and several carriers are good in texas. It's not really that easy to compare. At&t, t-mobile, sprint and verizon all have great coverage in my area. I know people with personal experience that can verify that. So the device and plan is more important to me...
