I am on level Junk Inc., #8 Vault Entrance, and I cannot determine how I get to the oppostie side of the platform. There are spikes on the landing platform and there doesn't seem to be a way. Has anyone played this level, and can you tell me how to pass it?

...Department of Education...? buy AES (American Education Services)? That is who my student loans are through and I am getting paperwork on it, and they want interest. Is this happening to anyone else? What is it all about? Why do I have to pay interest, I am still a full time student?
