I have a BA in Ecology and I am now working on my MS in Wildlife Biology. I think that either one will be fine for what you are interested in pursuing. If you can major in one and minor in the other then I would go for it. Or if you can double major that would be good as well.

Why not go with Graphic Designs? There are some degrees that are specifically geared toward graphic design while it is an emphasis/concentration in other degrees. You could take a few photography courses on the side to help with the graphic design.
