    Stand there and wait for him to crash. Then pick up the poor injured dog and take him home, keeping the dog as a pet:)

    Are they stupid or just badly educated?

    Maybe the cashier has learning disabilities? Then you can't blame her, cos some places wanna give opportunities tp these people. But if they've been to school and everything then I'll agree that they're stupid. If not, the education system is down on the rocks.
