I have 2-6 hours of dance 5 days a week so that on top of homework and sleep, means i can only take take. But that is fine with me since i love dance and i am in a pre professional dance company.
~try to eat slower this will make you feel fuller quicker.
~drink lots of water, cut out sodas, and juices can have a lot of sugar too, so make sure you read the labels.
~when eating a salad use a light dressing, and don't load up on dressing either
~try eating carrots or celery as a snack...
