Even for restaurants? Are bars/restaurants required to allow employees breaks if the employee requests one? Talking about a 15 minute break.

talking face to face is hard because you actually have to look at a person in the eye and tell them what you really feel, writing a letter can be easier just make sure your words are nice, ive done it before and it worked! :)
