I seem to be having problems getting the shift linkage adjusted properly on my truck. When the truck is in park, I cant reach 1st gear. If i adjust the linkage to where i can reach 1st gear, then I cant get it to go into park. Or it goes into park but doesn't feel like it goes all the way in...
I am a bit overweight, or i should say i weigh more than Id like. I'm 25, 210# and 5'9'' tall. I am trying to cut back on my calories and stuff to lose weight but it is not working. If i dont eat enough or frequently enough i get weak and become draggy. I have to drag myself up to do anything...
Gmail just stopped working out of the blue on my Samsung Instinct the other day. Yahoo mail still works, but Gmail does not. I did not change any settings on the phone or on gmail itself. I have reset the application, restarted my phone, cleared my cache, etc etc and I simply cannot make gmail...
The valve cover gasket has already been replaced. Its still leaking, and getting worse!
My fathers 98 stratus with the 2.4 engine is leaking a lot of oil. It seems to be dripping down the back somewhere and the only thing I can think of is head gasket. From my research it appears these engines...
I have a few Delco Remy alternators from some Chevys, they are 63 amp I believe. Most web sites that tell you how to convert the alternator into a welder tell you to remove the regulator. Will this increase the amps or will I be stuck at 63 amps?? Will an 11hp honda be enough to pull it? With...
In the axle or transmission or what? I dont think id worry about it. Find out what its supposed to have. Ive seen some transmissions that require regular motor oil and some that require auto trans fluid. If it is supposed to have gear oil, i wouldnt worry about flushing it, just drain it and...
There is probably a fuse or fusible link in that line somewhere that is blown. The line that is 12v constantly should be coming from the starter solenoid, same terminal the battery cable connects to. The wire coming from the ignition switch is not hot all the time. Kinda sounds to me like youve...
I found an air compressor pump that i think is made by Ajax. Its supposed to be a model C15SA, 200psi max, 2 stage. I do not know what speed, direction of rotation, horsepower, or CFM of this unit. I need a larger compressor and this one is surely larger than the 8 cfm unit I have now but I also...
I don't quite understand your question. The wheels should all be the same size. The tire size does matter tho. A smaller tire will be equal to running a lower gear ratio which uses more fuel while a bigger tire will, to a point, help mileage some because it makes it equal to a higher gear ration...
better use an 87+ 2wd truck or car 700r4. Nothing else will work without changing driveshafts. Any other chevy V8 transmission will bolt up but they are different lengths and the driveshaft would need to be changed. In your truck it might mess with the computer too i dont know.
If it cranks id say the crank position sensor is broke or the control module is bad. If it does not crank, you might have a bad fusible link at the starter (if it has one) or a bad ignition switch or connection to the switch.
We need to know the year, what engine it has and how many miles it has on it. I have an 87 park avenue (same car as a lesabre just with a few more luxury items) and i only got 16mpg. That car needed a serious tuneup tho and had 235,000 miles on it. A newer one should do the same or better.
