    Turn in in until it until it won't turn any more with a light turning force then turn it out one and a half turns. This is unlikely to be exactly right but will almost certainly be close enough to get the engine running.

    Hey I know a joke! A squirrel walks up to a tree and says "I forgot to store acorns for winter and now I am dead." Ha! It is funny because the squirrel gets dead. hahaha, i love Up. best movie ever award.
