    How do YOU dry / cook your pumpkin seeds? (what spices?)?

    I am doing them in the oven at 250 for around a hour or a bit more. I have tried salt, a bit of pepper, seasoned salt, garlic. Any other ideas for spices I might want to try? What do you like?
