No. I believe one can buy an external usb sound card though. This is probably the norm nowadays.

I prefer the way its done in mac os x. Cmd+Shift+3 saves a screenshot to the desktop whilst Cmd+Shift+4 lets you select a part of the screen to screenshoot. On windows alt+prt sc will capture only the active window.
