Deciding on a new phone from verizon between the HTC incredible and the Samsung fascinate. It must be a fast phone, because I am super impatient, and I go into a lot of buildings with sketchy reception, so it must not drop too many calls. Which one is best?

It's time for that upgrade again at Verizon. But now they are requiring their stupid data plans at $30/month, and thats just something I can't afford. But i need a new phone, as the old one is iffie at best. Any suggestions?
