I just started fishing. Is it safe for me to cook an entire fish and then take off the head and guts, or do i have to take off the bad stuff before cooking?
I'm talking about small and large fish.

I am planning on a long distance biking trip. I want to avoid taking tools, and will have no money to pay for repairs. My bike will be a single speed with back-pedal brakes to avoid gear and brake problems.
Are there tires available that practically never break? Any other tips?
