Because the Name "Kentucky Pressure Cooked Chicken" just does not have that same crispy appeal.
Pressure cooked usually conjures up images of soft meat with no crunch that falls off the bone. People want a chicken with crunch. Plus KPCC is a mouthful to say.
Excellent idea. The military has so many opportunities for its men and women who serve. They provide specialized training in many areas that with skills that will transfer into numerous civilian jobs once the service-person fulfills his/her duty (ususally 4 years) or retires (career service).
