I'm thinking if I do 45 minutes of cardio, and walk/run an hour a day, plus hanging out with friends will help me in the exercise part. and for food, i should cut down my portions, and cut down on bad stuf i eat and drink. do you think this is a good diet plan? also, is 1500 claories a day...

i'm buying a verde. first, are they good bikes? second, which is better; vex, theory, luxe/ Its between those, and know which one's are cheaper? also, to ride obviously you should be in shape. i'm pretty lazy, so what should i do to keep in shape?
