Blaxx that's not it at all. Lets say you bought a 1.6ghz laptop 2 years ago. You used it and it died and fastfoward to now and it's time to buy another one. Lets say laptops in the same category"now" have 2.4ghz processors, would you go to the store and buy another laptop with a 1.6ghz...

The Commuter is two pieces, one rubber molded and a second hard plastic "wrap" that its on top of the rubber. Think rubber corners, but hard back. I can't stand how all rubber cases get stuck in my pocket...with the Commuter series, the hard backing lets it slide much easier.

That's probably because its only a prototype and not a released version. If you're playing games you probably have the most selection on the iPhone. Unless you like to play Japanese games, e.g. anime laced games like RPGs, tactical RPGs, eroge, fight games, like the kind of games that laces...
