i'm having hid conversion lights issue driver side light stay's on for 15 min cuts off need them fixed if anyone can help me out

well just installed projection hallo lights with 10000k hid conversion kit with ballaster and installed them but for some reason the drivers side low beam goes out i take it off the ballaster plug it back on and it turns on for 15 - 20 minutes then it light's cuts off agan but the passanger side...

I use to play zoo tycoon all the time and I didn't for a while and now when I went to play it yesterday it came up with an error message 'Insert Zoo tycoon 2: ultimate collection disc 1 into your CD-ROM drive. Select OK and restart application' the disc is ofcorse it there but why won't it play...
