i have a 1998 XR100 and it wont quit smoking i've put new rings, new piston, new valve seal and new gasgets and it is still smoking can anyone give me an idea on why its still smoking?

if the rms of your subs are 100 rms and you want to hook both subs to one amp the you need to get about a 250 RMS amp when you get an amp dont look at the max wattage look for the rms thats really what the amp pushes a real 250 watt amp will cost you up around $180 or less.
i would go with two or one 12s pioneer, kenwood, JVC all of them are good and try to get a kenwood amp around about 500 watts it'll power those 12s perfect
