I was doing a project of differential leveling. I have all my elevations and just need to do my ADJUSTED elevation. I was off -0.06 ft and i took 7 turns to get to two different points. I was wondering how do i adjust the elevation?

i cant really see much..i look at the moon which looks GREAT! and i look at Saturn which looks like a little pebble with a ring around it..haha well i was wondering what kind of eyepieces should i buy for this telescope? my price range isnt high so i was looking for some good decent eyepieces...
