Right now I got a bike weighs 26 pounds. Metal everything so how much weigh will carbon wheels reduce.

bob a might be right but on my bell computer you must hold all the buttons down for about 3 sec so try that if bob a answer don't work

with slick? i average on a cross country bike about 12 mph just thinking what is a consider a good average speed for a person on a mountain bike i think that 25 would be impossible almost since my bike weighs about 35 pounds

you could go to your local bike shop and ask for a chain ring guard that will work i been where you are had the same problem and fix it that way or you could wear shorts when you ride that will stop it too
