    Depends on who else is on the ballot. I really don't think he'll be a first ballot unless there is really no one else on the ballot that looks good. Probably be second or third ballot.

    No, it is definitely not true. There are no conservatives which are against health care reform, but they do not agree with the Obama plan and definitely against public option and a single payer system which is Obama's stated goal.
