Good grief, they don't beat on boots anymore. They yell alot and intimidate. Beyond that, it's like 10 weeks of gym class.

This was on the show Ripley's Believe it or Not during the 80's. The guy had to have it broken down into smaller tiny pieces that he would swallow with glasses of water. The whole stunt took him several days and caused him several health problems before he was done.
