    how can I add sound to a flash file that I've downloaded?

    I have a program that downloads as a .swf, which is basically a flash file... what would I have to do with it in order to add my own sound/audio?

    I have two email addresses on Ipod touch but can only access one of them...help!?

    I can access my bt email ok but even though I've set up my hotmail address, I don't know how to go directly to it... when I press "mail" it immediately shows me the BT one as default...
