    How should sprinting spikes feel on my foot?

    Im not sure if i am getting my spikes to big or not.. should my toe be touching the head of the shoe or should there be a little bit of space?

    There was a blue color and snake skin color.. There were the first adition, and there are 4 now.. im guessing they stoped making them.. i dont see why though.. always wanted to try them out.

    Using custom ringtones with iphone4 ios 5?

    I used my "ringtone maker app" the same like before the update but now my ringtones are not syncing.. is there a way around this? I also tried going in the ringtones tab and checking "Sync Ringtone" but itll delete all of my songs and everything else.. i deff dont want that to happen.. So any...
