sounds like its buckled, if its fitted correct so would need trueing as long as not damaged , try shaking wheel side to side if theres play could be bearings or even cone loose ....... cost ?

...the 50S maybe? iwas told that they could be swiss or german, the are in different team colours, i would like to locate some if any knows of whereabouts ? thanks
