    Do your senior years grades count without appeal for college?

    I have a low GPA (3.7) and want to get into UCI but it has an average GPA of 3.9 and I was just wondering if the senior year grades count for the cumulative grade for high school or do they only count in only appeal?

    Do we not know enough about countries and cultures in the world?

    OK, I'm writing an essay about the topic; we still don't know enough about the countries and cultures around the world. I agree so I need to support my favor and I need your help!
