I was going to suggest a razor blade. If that isn't doing it, you might try Goof Off. It's a solvent that can remove almost anything, even dried paint. Be very careful not to get any on any other part of your car if you use it.

Personally I'd choose a quiet place for a first date. You should be able to talk and get to know each other. Karaoke nights are too loud. I'm not sure about trivia night. That might work if you would have an opportunity to work together on the answers. Otherwise it might be too distracting...
