my point is that you said "it has worse memory issues than N97" which is not true. It may have had (not sure if they were worse), but it does not anymore. just trying to be accurate, that's all. I of course do agree that its a huge shame and rather embarrassing form them that they released it...

In his defence, nokia specifically made it known that with the n97 to expect major firmware updates on a level much different and better then their previous average support.
