    Largely because the Republican party appeals to emotions and irrationality, while the Democrat party appeals to logic and independent thought, over "loyalty to the party line"

    A lot of media is only there to sensationalize, so they will run anything real or not if it gets people to look.     I didn't know many people felt that. Well, it wouldn't be much different from the right wing. It's either "judeo christian" or "islam" values forced down people's throats.

    I don't want a public option for insurance. I want a single payer system. I don't see why we can't just catch up to the rest of the world with our medical care. We are ranked 37th in the world for a reason.
