    If it calls for a pound of cooked noodles it means to cook a pound package, but that is a lot of noodles for 2 people.

    If you break the sausage into the sauce before browning it and draining the excess grease your going to have a greasy sauce. Take the sausage out of the casing, break it up in a fry pan and cook breaking the pieces up until the meat is no longer pink

    Since you live so far away you may be able to hire a lawyer that would go to court in your place. No matter what, arrangements will have ti be made to pay the debt

    Yes. Despite the economy I'm still paying all my bills on time. Eat out, just not as often.
