A Sponge Filter.
That's what I use for my Angelfish fry...so I know it's safe and won't suck up any babies.
You just need the Sponge filter and an Air pump. It'll probably only cost you about $20 - $25 depending on where you get it from..my Filter only cost $10 and you can get a cheap air pump...
I always used to just give mine to the pet store. Usually if it's a chain pet store -- Petco..Petsmart -- than they'll take them from you. They won't buy them however, so just call and ask if they'd take them.
Best of Luck :]
Can I ask why you want to move them?
I don't think it's a good idea, moving a sick fish is putting more stress than necessary on them and it could kill them. I'd leave them where they are and just keep that tank as clean as possible for them.

It's possible he will recover. Although you need to do a water change, and keep his water as clean as possible.
I'd also see if you could get your...
So your going with a semi aggressive type tank?
Your definitely not going to want anything like an angel or gourami or even guppies. As the Tiger's will rip them to shreds.

Cherry Barbs...

- A 5 gallon is too small for those fish.
- Those are both schooling fish, keeping one of each is a bad idea
- You should upgrade to a 20 gallon tank
- and get 4 more of each
It is possible your...
Stay away from the tiger's in a 10 gallon.
They are notorious fin nippers, and could potentially kill the guppies.
Go with 3 cories (Catfish)
and 5 guppies instead :]
Good Luck
