Get rid of most of your bad fatty food (Cosmic brownie, poptarts...) and try some home grown garden things. (salads, corn, tomatoes...) As long as you don't eat "bad" foods a lot you should be fine. Load up on your fruits and veges! :) Pretty much just eat the food triangle you always see in...
