    If the pants you purchased have hips pads sewn in, (as well as the thigh pads and knee pads), then you should not need the girdle.     Should BCS college football break from the NCAA ?

    I can't argue the point about penalties. But the way I understand it, the BCS has a contract with the NCAA. If they tried to break off, the NCAA could possibly just refuse to let colleges participate. After all, the C in NCAA stands for collegiate, right?
