i am 5'8", 135lbs, and im looking for a light sprotbike that is for beginners. like 250cc and preferably low maintenance. wut r some good models like that? i heard the kawasaki ninja 250 is good. is that true?

I am 16 and about 5'8" and I wanted to know what would be a good starter bike. I heard that the honda rebel was a good bike to start out with but was wondering if I could go higher than just 250cc to around 450cc.
