    Why should the federal government follow the Constitution?

    I'm all for it, but honestly why should the government follow the Constitution (especially the strict interpretation many people put on it). Why shouldn't they just act to solve problems? We get plenty of fraud and abuse under the Constitution...so that isn't gonna fly.

    I cannot use the HM Whirlpool outside of battle in Pokemon Soulsilver even

    though I beat the Seventh Gym.? Nintendo support phone line is baffled. They have no Idea what is wrong. it looks like something ive missed in the storyline. I have not missed a gym. I also do not think that talking to someone will unlock this problem.
