Hello I have a sprint lg lotus . I accidentally deleted a picture that was stored on my phone . Although I assigned it as my screen saver , and it is saved in my assigned media folder on my phone . Is there anyway I can recover this picture .... to put it on my computer ? If so ....... , how ?

The internet on my sprint lg lotus is not included on my plan and the memory card slot is broken . How can i put ringtones on my lg lotus from my computer to the phone using a usb cord . Free music only . Pleeeeeeeeeeeeease help ! thanks !
