    BlackBerry problems, internet. Help?

    I tried to connect my BlackBerry to the internet. It says connecting and then comes up with this: Unable to connect Reason: Failed to authenticate against the network. Could anybody tell me what this means and how I could resolve it please. Thanks in advance guys.
