Push the little button on the bottom of the mouse with something small,like pin of the pen.the button is called Connect.Do it closer to adapter.

Flash drive works exactly the same way,as DVD/CD disc,and is used for storing any kind of files: music, pictures, documents.pps,everything. You copy on flash drive exactly the same way,like on DVD/CD disc.

Looks, like you lost audio driver, reinstall it.
