I would take alpine over pioneer any day, alpine are known for there clarity specilly in their amps, if you push for mid grade alpine with a 4 channel amp you wont want to turn it up all the way for fear of damaging your hearing.

Its all preference really but for the price and quality you cant beat infinity get some infinity kappa's or perfects they are both awesome or if you got a small budget you can get infinitu references and just find the size speaker that fills your door. And if you wanna get crazy loud get some...

There kicker cvr's rated at 200 watts rms, 3000 watts /3 at 1.3 ohms would blow them to pieces, id run them at 4 or 8 ohms and keep the gain way down and slowly turn it up. Cvr's clatter when there pushed to hard they wont take much abuse, but using such a big amp on little subs it wont ever get...
