Are you sure the files were disinfected? Maybe they were quarantined and removed from the flash drive which is why you can't see them there. Quarantined files are located in the hard disk. Try reviewing the report and see what happened to those files.

It could be in the trunk, under the car, inside the dashboard, under the seat, inside the engine compartment, in one of the door panels, etc.

I seriously doubt that they are movie files as they have a suspicious filename extension. Beware if you got them from unknown sources. It could contain a link to a malicious site that is infected with virus or trojans.
