    WoW weapon skill leveling?

    my weapon skill for axes, in wow, is 399/400. can i just buy a really cheap axe from the ah and get to 400 with it? i had an axe and leveled it to 399/400 but i traded it for a sword. and HELPFUL answer would be appreciated. >.> you have nothing nice to say then dont say anything at all.. ..thanks.
