my daughters medical chart was dropped in a busy parking lot. it has been returned but i am still very scared about many things. does anyone know if this is a legal case that i should pursue and if so what should i ask for (monetary and piece of mind stuff)

what one do i need? the water in my tank has started to go cloudy too i dont have any fish in there yet as i want it to be all properly set out first. please can anyone help?
