Burkie has managed vancouver, Anaheim and toronto maybe hartford too i forget, thats a lot though, most guys only get one or two shots at the job

besides a new frame you can get lightweight wheels/hubs and tires and aluminum handlebars and stem

with a wrench or allen key, LOOK AT IT

you need to adjust your rear derailer. its happening because the bike is new and the cables are stretching, the store where you bought it should be able to tune it up in a few minutes.

dehydration or changes in atmospheric pressure due to the changing weather system or a combo of both. it could be something completely different but those are the reasons i get headaches.
