    In the Dark Heresy tabletop game, how do you determine Characteristic modifiers?

    In D&D 11-12 +1 13-14 +2 But Dark Heresy uses different rules and I can't find it in the book. Help? To clarify: I'm a Psycher and I'm pretty confused on the whole determining dice rolls etc.

    Cause it finished installing and i dont know what to do next i opened the folder and i dont know what to do after that....i want to edit photos thats why...so how do i open the photo editor window so i can actually edit them? Where is the photoshop icon there is just file folder?
