Does Verizon have a phone that can pick up WiFi with so you can get on the internet but i do not want to have to pay the thirty dollar a month data package. Is there a phone i can do that with on Verizon?

lol dont even mess with all of that website stuff. send a picture message to your e-mail from your phone and when you get it copy the address where it came from and Compose a new message and paste it to the sent part attach your ringtone to the message and send it will come right to your phone...
