for the money yes (but you could buy a used 08 one for a little bit more)

by Japanese now that solves your reliable problem now all you need to do is get a cheap Yamaha, Kawasaki, Honda, Suzuki, and there are some others but i dont know them off the top of my head right now also scooters are really good too for "todays market" have fun!
