    is the kicker zx 2500.1, 8 ohm stable?

    i have a kicker 15" L5 4 ohm 1500 watt peak and i need to know if my amp is 8 ohm stable because if i wire the sub to 2 ohms i'm afraid the amp will be too much so if i wire it to 8 ohms it will bring the amp down a notch but only if it's stable cause i don't want to burn either of them.

    have you tried playing each of the subs on its own 1 at a time cause the L7 has 1000 watts rms and the L5 only has 750 watts rms so the amp might not like the different watts and it might be affecting the subs performance. and to get the most out of your amp there should be 2 ohms final going...
