Because my computer at home is pretty slow i'll have to update my iphone at work on my work computer, will i lose all my messages and apps if i do this??

phonezoo.com you don't download anything to your computer, you just make an account and select whatever ringtone you want from the many they have and they send it to your phone in a media message. or you can upload your own music files and they'll send them to your phone as a ringtone.
