Missfire on a cylinder? check all the wire connections to your spark plugs and distributor/ignition coil. Also try some fuel injector cleaner. Is the Check Engine light on? I think the dodge stratus will let you check the codes by turning the key on-off-on-off-on then the codes will flash at you...
